Parking
- Car Park
- Free two-hour parking is available on Catherine Road.
- We have a pick-up and drop-off bay at the rear of the surgery.
- Disabled Parking
- Two disabled car spaces are available at the rear of the surgery.
- You can access the car park via Catherine Road.

- Cycle bars are available at the front entrance.
- Patients are responsible for securing and locking their own bikes.
Out of Hours
Enhanced Access
We provide surgeries outside normal hours:
- Two late evenings a week – Tuesday and Thursday (to 8pm)
- One Saturday morning a month (8am to 12pm Noon)
Life Threatening
Call 999 or go to A&E now if:
- you or someone you know needs immediate help
- you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose
A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.
Urgent But Not Life Threatening
Visit an urgent care centre if:
- You have an urgent medical issue requiring on the day attention
Minor Injuries Unit
Visit a Minor Injury Unit for:
- Minor Burns
- Cuts
- Sports Injuries
- Bites and Bruises
- Minor Dislocations, etc

You must book via NHS 111 to access the service. Please do not arrive unless you have an appointment.
Non-urgent
Use NHS 111 if:
- You need help now, but it’s not an emergency
There will be someone to provide you with advice and to direct you to a clinician if it is necessary.
