Tests and Results
How and when to obtain test results from the surgery
Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your online services account
- phone on 01635 41495 or visit us between 10am to 4pm and we will tell you what the results are
Questions about your results
Get in touch with the surgery if you want to talk to someone about your results.
Blood Tests
Most blood tests are carried out at the West Berkshire Community Hospital.
Find more information on Booking a Blood Test on the West Berkshire Website
You will not need to take the blood test form with you. The hospital can usually download the form at your appointment.
Different types of blood tests are taken at certain times.
You will have to register to book online, and you will need your NHS number. Your NHS number should be on the form that you need to take with you. Alternatively, it will be on any recent prescription form.
