Named GP Policy

Accountable/Named GP for all Patients

All patients who are registered with the surgery will have an allocated named GP who will be responsible for your overall care.

However, it may not always be possible or appropriate for you to see your named GP when you visit.

If you have a preference for a male or female GP, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests. If you wish to know which GP has been allocated to you, please ask reception at your next visit.
