We are very sorry to announce that Dr Christian Wiseman will be leaving Eastfield House Surgery on 3rd December 2021 to take up a teaching post at the University Hospital in Melbourne, Australia.
We are very sad to be losing Christian who joined us in January 2021. Christian has been an integral part of the practice, helping to lead us through the Covid pandemic.
We wish him every success in his new venture and he promises to stay in touch!We are in the process of recruiting new clinical staff and hope to be able to make an announcement in the New Year about Dr Wiseman’s replacement.
In the meantime, the care of Dr Wiseman’s patients will be dealt with by our existing team of experienced GPs.
