Dear Patients,
It has been a long month and winter hasn’t even started! The computer system change went as well as we could have expected. We changed clinical computer systems – this is the system that holds the patient records.
We are working in a backlog of scanned documents, setting up internal processes using new coding and establishing the use of the new NHS App online for requesting medication, online appointments and medical history. In the meantime we would like to thank you the patients and our staff for bearing with us and having the patience to support us a little longer to complete all the work we are trying to do.
