If you are patient who is Deaf and require an appointment with your GP, please use the ‘Message’ function on the left hand side of our website home page to request an appointment. Please state whether the appointment is urgent or routine and provide a brief description of your problem.
We can arrange an interpreter for your appointment if required but please note that interpreters require 5 days notice to attend a face to face appointment.
