Eastfield House will not be taking part in the Covid vaccination programme this Spring.
Eligible housebound patients will receive a call from Melrose House Surgery who will arrange a mutually convenient time to visit, to administer the Covid vaccine.
All other eligible patients will receive a letter from NHS System Vaccine Operations Centre inviting them to make an appointment for a Covid vaccine at a local provider, via the National Booking Centre by either calling 119 or booking an appointment online: NHS: Book, cancel or change a COVID-19 vaccination appointment.
